Its magnificent, central location was a plus. Plus, it was adjacent to the restaurant and Teton park and Jackson.

Large, clean and nice room with a great shower. Good location in Grand Teton NP, only a few minutes away from Moran Junction. We would always stay at this hotel again.

The location was in a quiet spot for our trip. Our rooms were reasonably large and functional with refrigerator and microwave, bathroom, microwave. We had a good stay thanks to really helpful and very very helpful staff.
Some of the staff were highly unprofessional.

Honestly, nothing.
It was in the "boondocks," which I will take the hit on that because I was unfamiliar with that area. The staff was mediocre, to say the least. Overall, they were not friendly. When we first went in, the desk clerk was on the phone in another room, with her back to us, and she didn't bother to even turn around and acknowledge us. My wife said, "is anybody here?" She still didn't acknowledge us until she was off the phone. If we would have had other options, we would have left the premises. One other thing. During the night, there were no lights on outside; all was dark.

The best food I have ever had. The ribs and brisket was sooo good I would go back just for the food and people.

lovely cabins with great surroundings
The cabin suite provided a fantastic view of the Grand Tetons. The amenities like the restaurant and fire pit added a cozy touch to our stay.
The location, while beautiful, can be a bit isolated from other attractions.

It was in a beautiful setting - which we saw when we got up in the morning. Very rustic - breakfast was great - (but at added cost). Beautiful drive into the Teton Park in the morning.
First of all, it was very difficult to locate around 10 pm when we finally arrived. We had to call to make sure we hadn't passed it on the unlit road. Very basic accommodation - the beds were very hard, thin mattresses. There were no hairdryers or coffee makers (my husband thinks this is because the room is totally wood and for fire safety sake?) - I guess you could call it an "experience" - one that men would prefer.....road construction had started last week. Gas was about 50 cents higher at this location, but convenient.

The price was right and it was near both Yellowstone and Teton Parks.
The room had just the basics and the furnishings, curtains, bedspreads and other bedding looked like they had been around for years. The pillows were not only uncomfortable, they had an odd smell to them. Although the curtains in the bathroom were dark you could see through them and they were so skimpy that we used three towels to cover the window. The menu in the hotel book in the room said breakfast was $2 cheaper than it actually was when we odered the next morning...obviously the book had not been updated either. The breakfast was fair but the coffee left a lot to be desired. It was lukewarm even when the waitress came by and refilled our cups. We were very disappointed in our stay and the worst thing was that we had booked it for two nights. Needless to say we did not have breakfast there the last morning!

The hotel is close to the southern entrance of the Tetton and Yellowstone park.
I never recommend to reserve the hotel. Staffs are not nice to guests and every equipments are dirty. Wi-fi is not free and expensive. Restaurant is bad in terms of hygiene and their serving is not professional but they charge 20 service charge as default. You can imagine what every forks and nives were used for what foods previously.

The views are fabulous. The decor, with the exception of the elk head, is nice.
The desk clerk was brusque, but the other staff was competent and friendly. There was a wad of hair in shower before we used it and the corner where the mouse trap was located was very dirty. Over the bed was an elk mount. It was dirty and looming when lying in bed. The fur was missing from its chin! A very disconcerting addition of local color. The directions to the location were not clear and we did not get a call back when we asked for clear directions.

This was just an optimal selection for a quick trip in Moran with good value. The restaurant next door had fresh and delicious trout, a good surprise. Keep your key on you as the door locks behind you!
